11th Month Warranty Inspection
A complete inspection of your home within the first year of building or new construction, geared towards holding your builder accountable to their one-year warranties.

Rental Property Inspection
A quarterly/semi-quarterly home inspection and report, focusing on the primary systems of a house, roof, heating/cooling, appliances, electricity, plumbing, and foundation.

Pre-Listing Inspection
A comprehensive home inspection prior to the seller listing the home for sale. This report will provide the seller with all the necessary information to correct deficiencies prior to selling the home.

New Construction Inspection
A comprehensive home inspection for a potential buyer, before closing on the new construction home. This will provide the current condition of the new construction home, ensuring the home is safe, free from potential system defects, and is move in ready.

Annual Maintenance Check-Up
An annual maintenance inspection is designed to look for routine maintenance or repairs that may have been missed or any seemingly minor problems with the home that could become major financial or safety issues. This is HIGHLY recommended and encouraged.

Multi-Unit Inspection
A multi-unit home inspection is an inspection of a property that has two to four units. This is extremely important as each unit can have extremely unique problems that are seemingly minor.
